If you find a lower price anywhere else on a new identical item, just show us the lower price prior to ordering the item and we'll give you 100% of the difference or refund your money. 100% Price Match Policy |
- An "office supply" is defined by OCI to be all products in our
catalog excluding furniture and equipment (ie: printers, faxes,
etc).
- This offer covers all local pricing in stores, not websites,
within the tristate area of NY, NJ, and CT.
- As mentioned above, website pricing is not covered.
- Items sold on auction sites or at local or special events
(e.g., grand opening, anniversary or liquidation sales) are not
covered.
- We don’t price match taxes, shipping charges, or typographical
errors.
- When calculating a price match, we’ll deduct any manufacturer's
coupons or rebates from the OCI price to arrive at a net price. The
price match applies to this net price.
- It is to our complete discretion as to whether we will offer
you 100% of the difference or grant you a full refund. If we can
only offer a refund in a certain case, it can be redeemed when we
receive the product in new condition with all original materials
and packaging.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded in any case. When
requesting a refund, please keep in mind that return shipping is
the customer's responsibility.
